About Larder table goods

Larder sells hand-blown glass tumblers, stonewashed linen tablecloths and napkins, wheel-thrown stoneware dinner sets and wild olive wood serving boards, all made in South Australia. The tumblers are mouth-blown in Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills, the linen is woven in Gawler, the stoneware is thrown in Willunga and the boards are cut in Port Adelaide.

Every piece comes in the same palette of tomato, butter, olive and cobalt, with natural linen and rosé glass, so sets can be mixed across the range. Buy single pieces or sets for two, four and six people, or build a whole table in the table builder for 10% off. Orders leave the Gouger Street shop within two working days, and delivery is free across Australia over $150.

Questions about buying for the table

Or ask us at the shop, or by email. We answer within a working day.

What size tablecloth do I need?

Add 50 to 60 cm to the length and width of your table for a drop of 25 to 30 cm on each side. A square table for four takes 150 × 150 cm, a table for six 150 × 250 cm, and a long table for eight to ten 150 × 320 cm.

Can I mix colours?

Yes, that is what the palette is for. Every colour is matched across glass, linen and stoneware, so a cobalt glass sits with a tomato plate on a butter cloth. The table builder shows any mix before you buy.

Are the tumblers and plates dishwasher safe?

Yes. Tumblers on the top rack, and the stoneware in the dishwasher, oven and microwave. The olive boards are washed by hand.

How is glass packed?

In moulded paper pulp, inside a double-walled box, with no plastic. If anything arrives broken, we replace it free.
